Hiro Mashima is returning with a new series at the peak of his popularity. He attended New York Comic Con in October 2017 to sold-out crowds of thousands at the Javits Center, the Japan Society, and Kinokuniya bookstore.
Kodansha is betting on Edens Zero as a new flagship shonen adventure series (and a major anime adaptation, while not confirmed, is probably inevitable).

Edens Zero will be a major focus title at New York Comic Con 2018, where Kodansha will host two panels and a 30x10-foot booth, and at the second annual Anime NYC, which is growing after the first event sold out in 2017.
Kodansha will provide promotional support to stores including shelftalker designs.
