Amelia Earhart, Mia Hamm, and Nelson Mandela were all once adorable babies—and you can meet them (and more) in this follow-up to runaway hit Baby Feminists!

On the heels of Baby Feminists, here are ten more pioneering icons in a second board book for budding leaders of all ages. Lift the die-cut flaps to discover how cute these change-makers can be, inspiring the next generation of artists, athletes, and activists to join the fight for equality and inclusion. In sturdy 7“ x 7” board book format, this is truly a perfect gift for babies and their grownups to share and enjoy.

BELOVED ICONS FEATURED include Rosa Parks, Tammy Duckworth, Mia Hamm, Abby Wambach, Vera Rubin, Nelson Mandela, the Guerilla Girls, Rigoberta Menchú, bell hooks, and Laverne Cox. Their fans and followers will love seeing them depicted as babies.

THE PERFECT BABY SHOWER GIFT: These books are must-have gifts for showers and “gender reveal” parties, and ideal for the holidays, birthdays, or, at an afforable $9.99 price point, just an impulse buy for a friend with a new baby.

The INTERACTIVITY of the die-cut flaps makes this more than a book—it’s an experience for toddlers to enjoy over and over again.

BOOKSTORE LOVE: The first book has seen an unprecedented level of excitement from booksellers across channels. It debuted at #5 on the Indie Bestseller List and saw a POS of 1K in its first two weeks on sale.

DREAM TEAM: Author and illustrator team Libby Babbott-Klein and Jessica Walker are a dream duo: well-connected, charming, savvy, happy to spend money on self-promotion, and brimming with clever ideas and contagious enthusiasm.

TIMELY AND LIKELY TO STAY THAT WAY: Women’s fight for equal rights continues to be a hot topic in the news.

SITS ON THE SHELF NEXT TO other sleeper hits like A Is for Activist, Rad Women A-Z, and Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls.
