Covet Garden Home gives readers a rare peek into the homes of people who have decorated their own living spaces with imagination and ingenuity. As we talk to the inhabitants and tour rooms, we also look through their bookshelves, cupboards and closets to inspire our DIY projects and style tips. Covet Garden leaves no stone (or cushion) unturned in our quest to feature fresh and distinctive interiors by truly creative personalities. Covet Garden Home is a special print edition that showcases some of the online magazine's favourite stories from past issues, with updates, along with coverage of brand-new spaces and residents' profiles, all designed to encourage you to tell your unique decor narrative your way. THE EDITORS OF COVET GARDEN Lynda Felton has a unique and varied background. A former lifestyle editor, she also works as a freelance writer, decorator, and floral designer. She's won awards for her work as a prop stylist and has contributed to such publications as Canadian Living, Chatelaine, and Style at Home. But Lynda isn't just about still life. She spent two years working in animation, three years in multi-media production, and once worked on a film where she was credited three times - as an upholsterer, a set decorator, and a zombie. Because her work in both interior design and prop styling requires that she report on and shop for the newest decor trends, she prefers for her own home well-loved and unusual things that are full of character - like Judythe stuffed duck - things that make her smile. Jessica Reid started as a designer working freelance for publications such as Report on Business Magazine and Canadian House and Home. She established her career as an art director during a seven-year stint at Redwood Custom Communications, where she created beautiful pages for all kinds of magazines and worked with many of Covet Garden's photographer friends. She has written and produced beauty and fashion stories for publications such as Flare, In Style, Rouge, Images, and the Winnipeg Free Press. She was also a finalist in the humour-writing category at the 2001 National Magazine Awards. Sometimes she tells funny stories in bars or on CBC Radio One's Definitely Not the Opera. In film and TV, Rhonda has worked in the wardrobe department for series such as Treehouse's Panda Bear Daycare and Ruffus the Dog and Discovery's Curious and Unusual Deaths. These were very fun jobs. Like Lynda and Jessica, Rhonda Riche has done all kinds of things. She has written and produced beauty and fashion stories for publications such as Flare, In Style, Rouge, Images, and the Winnipeg Free Press.
